Helen delves into how she became a leading woman in law and business and how she continues to grow in her current role, as well as giving us insight into the mind of an employer when it comes to training and developing legal teams.

As a probate and conveyancing champion, Helen also gave us some interesting takeaways on the value of dual qualification, highlighting the advantages of being dual qualified in these areas to gain a competitive edge and broader technical knowledge.

Sharing her advice to aspiring legal professionals, Helen says: “Talk to people who are working in the position that you want to be in in the future…speak to people who are in that position.”
