CLC Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice

CLC Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice

Becoming a licensed conveyancer through Law Training Centre is a flexible route to become a qualified practitioner to guide individuals through the buying and selling process.

Buying and selling both residential and commercial property has always need the support of a lawyer.

In 1987, Parliament brought in Licensed Conveyancers to increase competition and offer buyers and sellers the choice of whether to use a specialist property lawyer or a solicitor to deal with their real-estate transactions.

The CLC route to qualify as a specialist in Conveyancing is a flexible and cost-effective route to become a qualified practitioner.

Regulated by the SQA, CLC courses are Ofqual registered to give learners the added reassurance that their qualifications will be recognised internationally.

Law Training Centre offer Conveyancing diploma courses at Level 4 and Level 6. Our fully online courses are designed to fit around your work and family life, so you can study at a pace and place that works for you.
