Legal Navigator Podcast: An Interview with Vicki Redman, Head of Training at Swiitch

This week, Rebecca speaks with Vicki Redman from Swiitch by Shoosmiths.

With 24 years of experience in the legal field, Vicki has worked with some of the largest conveyancing firms in the country and now supports trainee conveyancers at Swiitch in her role as Head of Training.

“For me, seeing my junior staff come on, how they develop, how they learn, seeing them build their confidence and improve the way they work, seeing them learn new things, get qualified, get promoted, that is what makes the job for me.”

Alongside sharing her thoughts on training and the world of conveyancing, Vicki was also able to give us some insight into the new rebrand to Swiitch by Shoosmiths: “by taking it separate we can modernise ourselves a little bit more. We can embrace more tech. We can concentrate on what we need to deliver for consumers.”
