IMPORTANT INFORMATION
As part of the introduction of the CILEX Professional Qualification (CPQ), Learners wishing to complete a Level 3 qualification must have registered as a CILEx Student Member by 31 May 2021. Learners enrolling on the Graduate Fast-Track Diploma must also register for CILEx membership by 31 October 2021.
However, if you do not have CILEx membership you can also register with CILEx as a non-member to sit exams (only applicable for Level 6), subject to exam fees. On 26th March 2021, CILEX confirmed that the June 2021 exam window will once again be online. Furthermore, CILEX have confirmed that they will not be returning to paper-based examinations. Therefore, all current and future Law Training Centre learners will continue to sit their exams remotely via online proctored exam – matching the flexibility that our supportive online learning environment provides throughout their qualification journey.

Key benefits of the CILEx route
- Study full time or part-time with our tutor-supported e-learning, leaving you free to work in legal practice and gain the necessary qualifying employment to becoming as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer and a CILEX Fellow.
- No training contract or pupillage required. To qualify as Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer, you only need to obtain the requisite Qualifying Employment (36 months, of which 24 months can be undertaken whilst you study).

How do I enrol?
The Law Training Centre accepts applications throughout the year so that learners can start when it suits them most.
You can request an enrolment form by completing our form. Once completed, you will receive the form directly to the email address you provide.

What happens after I send my enrolment form?
Once received, your enrolment will be processed by our Student Services Team. If there are any queries at this stage, we will contact you.
- Invoicing:
We will issue your invoice according to your chosen option – either self–sponsored or firm-sponsored. If you are paying by instalments, a separate Direct Debit mandate email will be sent out for you to complete online, you will need to set up both the Direct Debit and complete the initial payment. Once the invoice has been paid (or the Direct Debit set up if applicable) please notify us by return email. - Payment options:
You can pay by bank transfer to our account or by card using the payment link on your invoice. Cheques are accepted and your course login will be made live once the cheque has cleared into our bank account. - Course Login:
Once we have processed your payment and the 14-day cooling-off period has passed or has been waived, please allow up to 2 working days from the invoice being paid to being emailed your course login.
