How long does it take?
The total qualification time (TQT) is a term used for qualification regulated by Ofqual and is the total number of hours it is estimated that an average learner will take to complete a qualification.
The TQT for the Level 4 Diploma in Probate Law and Practice is 500 hours. This is broken down as follows:
- English Legal System: 64 hours
- Law of Contract: 120 hours
- Land Law: 120 hours
- Law of Wills, Succession and Grants of Representation: 120 hours
- Understanding accounting procedures for Probate Transactions: 76 hours.
With 1 year of access for units purchased individually and 2 years of access for all 5 units, you are provided with the flexibility to complete your studies around work and other commitments.
