Contact Us – Legal Talent Development Team

The Legal Talent Development Team is led by Diane Clark, alongside Louise McGhee, Head of Academics and Partnerships.

Working closely with employers and learners, the team helps law firms identify training and qualification pathways that support both individual career development and wider organisational goals.

Our Legal Talent Development Team works collaboratively with our Marketing, Student Services, Academic and eLearning Teams, bringing together expertise from across Law Training Centre to provide employers and learners with joined-up support.

Diane and the team build long-term relationships with training and HR professionals, taking the time to understand their organisation, their people and their development priorities. Whether you are supporting an individual employee, developing progression pathways or considering training across a wider team, we can help you explore the options available.

Meet the team:

Diane Clark

Diane Clark

Legal Talent Development Manager

Diane brings more than 25 years of experience as a people-focused HR professional, giving her a strong understanding of the challenges employers face in developing, engaging and retaining their people.

She works with law firms to understand their talent development needs and identify training and qualification pathways that can support both individual career progression and the wider needs of the firm. She can also support learners and employers in exploring career pathways, including opportunities to dual- or cross-qualify and the options available following completion of a qualification.

Diane’s HR background brings a valuable perspective to our law firm partnerships. She understands that investing in professional development is about more than choosing a course; it is about finding the right training solution for the individual and ensuring that investment supports the firm’s wider people strategy.

By taking the time to understand your organisation and your employees, Diane can help you make informed training decisions and get greater value from your investment — both financially and, most importantly, through the development and progression of your people.
