Conveyancing Legal Practice Qualification
A clear, direct route to becoming a conveyancer with practice rights.
We are an approved CILEX Regulation training provider
If you want to qualify in conveyancing, our CILEx Regulation-approved course gives you the education you need to become a Chartered Legal Executive (Conveyancing). You can study online around your employment and other commitments, with tutors who practise law to help you understand what you are learning and how it applies to the cases you will handle.
Alongside the qualification, you will need to complete the required work-based learning. Once you have completed both, you will be eligible to apply to CILEx Regulation for authorisation to conduct conveyancing in your own right. We explain what that means below.
You do not need to complete CILEX’s CPQ or qualify as a solicitor through the SQE to obtain conveyancing practice rights through this route.
“Qualifying can be much more accessible than you think. It’s not as daunting as it seems and especially by being able to do it in a flexible way, it makes it more open for people that might not necessarily be able to afford to do a more traditional route like the LPC.”
