Law Training Centre is a Propertymark Qualifications Provider
Law Training Centre is an accredited Propertymark training provider of Level 3 and Level 4 property industry qualifications.
Propertymark is the leading regulator for the property sector and its qualifications are nationally recognised by employers and recruiters.
Propertymark is also a membership organisation and membership is open to estate agents, letting agents, valuers and auctioneers, commercial agents and inventory clerks at any level. There are many benefits of being a member, but crucially you will have the credibility that comes with being a member of a professional and trusted organisation. Continued Professional Development is an important element of your membership and as such there are various Propertymark accredited courses that you can undertake.
Please note however that Propertymark membership is not required for a Propertymark qualification. There are no pre-requisites for the qualifications, however it is strongly recommend that candidates undertake the relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) before undertaking a Level 4 qualification.
These qualifications are now more important than ever given the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) released RoPA’s report proposing a new regulatory framework for property agents in the UK. The report has numerous recommendations including a system of minimum entry requirements and continuing professional development for property agents.
Law Training Centre’s Propertymark Level 3 qualifications are designed to tick the boxes in relation to these regulations when they are introduced and are an excellent entry point. Level 4 qualifications are aimed towards those who work, or aspire to work, as senior managers and those in leadership roles within the industry.
Propertymark qualifications will give estate agency professionals a significant head start when the eagerly anticipated regulations come in.

Students can work flexibly at a time and pace to suit them whilst they continue to work and accumulate property sector experience while studying our course.
