Course features

For all mock assessments learners will receive comprehensive 1:1 tutor feedback to help them improve upon both their knowledge and technique ahead of their SQE2 assessments.

  • Oral mock assessments: Taken as a live assessment with a tutor specialist in the relevant practice area. This is a pre-arranged online appointment at a mutually convenient time, taking into account working patterns and other commitments wherever possible. After the live mock assessment has been completed immediate verbal feedback is provided followed by written feedback which includes specific reference to the skills required in accordance with the assessment criteria.
  • Written mock assessments: Available to view and attempt at any time through our interactive learner platform. Tutor specialist feedback is provided on the attempt with specific reference to the skills required in accordance with the assessment criteria.

If someone asked me about doing the SQE, I’d tell them to do it. Online learning has been great for my work-life balance, and becoming a solicitor is something you don’t have to do from a classroom.

Rebecca Prince, SQE learner

The flexibility was invaluable because I work full time and was also in a different time zone. Being able to pay for the courses via instalments was also another big plus.

My time at Law Training Centre has been extremely positive. I didn’t realise how important the flexibility of this course would be to me, but it has made my time studying for the SQE2 so much easier.
