What does a CILEX Practitioner (Conveyancing) do?

A CILEX Practitioner authorised in conveyancing manages the legal aspects of buying, selling and transferring property.

They review and draft contracts, investigate title documents, carry out searches, liaise with lenders and estate agents, and make sure all legal requirements are met for a smooth property transaction.

They guide clients through each stage of the process, explain the legal risks, and make sure that ownership is transferred correctly and securely.

Real story

Mikayla Hamilton

“Qualifying can be much more accessible than you think. It’s not as daunting as it seems and especially by being able to do it in a flexible way, it makes it more open for people that might not necessarily be able to afford to do a more traditional route like the LPC.”

Mikayla Hamilton

who qualified through earlier CILEX qualifications with Law Training Centre while working at Boys & Maughan.
