SQA are the national accreditation and awarding body for Scotland. Their purpose is to help people fulfil their potential and maintain standards across Scottish education.
They engage with learners, schools, colleges and training providers across Scotland, the rest of the UK and internationally, to develop, maintain, and improve a framework of qualifications, and to set and maintain standards for many other awarding bodies, and accredited qualifications.
The Civil Mediation Council (CMC) was set up in the early 2000’s, and since then its mission has been to provide resolution of conflicts and disputes by encouraging the use of mediation and educating the public on what mediation is and how mediation can help.
The Civil Mediation Council is the largest registering organisation for mediation in England and Wales and many of the country’s top mediators are CMC members.
CLC deliver effective regulation of specialist conveyancing and probate lawyers that protects consumers and fosters competition and innovation in the provision of legal services.

CILEX is the professional association and governing body for over 21,000 Chartered Legal Executive Lawyers, other legal practitioners and paralegals. Their role is to enhance the role and standing of Chartered Legal Executives and all their members within the legal profession.
For fifty years, they have been offered a unique route to a legal career and becoming a qualified lawyer without a requirement to having a law degree, although law graduates and graduates with non-law degrees can also qualify as a lawyer through the CILEX route. Entry is accessible to those holding a variety of qualification levels.
The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) is the Chartered Body for Management and Leadership. For 75 years, they have worked with business and education to inspire people to become skilled, confident and successful managers and leaders.
They are the only organisation that can award Chartered Manager status, the highest accolade for managers and leaders.
Propertymark are the leading membership body for the sector with nearly 17,500 members who display the Propertymark Protected logo. Their Board, who set their strategic direction, comprise practicing agents and they work closely with members to set professional standards through regulation, accredited and recognised qualifications, an industry-leading training programme and mandatory Continuing Professional Development.
Propertymark launched in February 2017 combining five different associations into a single brand. The five associations (ARLA, NAEA, NAVA, ICBA and APIP) were dedicated to promoting the highest industry standards for over 50 years.

NALP is a professional Membership Body for Paralegals and a provider of Law Training Centre Accreditations. Through their Centres, NALP offers recognised and accredited paralegal qualifications and training courses.
