Have you ever considered a career in immigration law?
This week, our host Rebecca spoke with leading immigration law expert and Law Training Centre tutor, Svitlana Shlapak.
With over 20 years of experience, Svitlana achieved an early milestone by winning an immigration case before the Honourable Mr. Justice Hodge during her time as a university law student. She is now an OISC Level 1 trainer, crafting and delivering essential training on immigration regulations. She is also a senior immigration solicitor and senior visiting lecturer at the University of Westminster.
Her extensive experience in the sector includes nearly a decade at a major charitable organisation, and she has created over 1000 educational resources on UK immigration law, shaping the knowledge of many law students. Using all of this important experience, Svitlana is now teaching our OISC Level 1 Training Course, where she works with Law Training Centre learners to successfully understand immigration law and become qualified Immigration Advisers.
Svitlana gives us some interesting insight into becoming an Immigration Adviser, developing a career in this area and taking on the OISC Level 1 Training Course.
