Diane Clark

Diane Clark

Legal Talent Development Manager

Diane brings more than 25 years’ experience working as a people-focused HR professional. Through her varied career, Diane truly knows how challenging it can be for employers to ensure good morale and staff engagement are maintained. Firms and learners alike benefit from Diane’s advice on possible career prospects, options to dual- or cross-qualify, and what the next steps might be once someone has completed a course.

She brings a unique perspective and service to our law firm partners by helping them to understand the most appropriate training solutions available to support their internal talent growth.

We know that getting the best from training takes more than simply sponsoring a course. Diane helps you get the best value from your investment, not only from the financial outlay, but most importantly, from the boost it gives the firm’s most important resource – their people.
