Law Training Centre positions itself for growth with new senior appointments

Law Training Centre, one of the leading providers of recognised online lawyer, paralegal and post-qualification training for legal professionals in the UK, is positioning itself for continued growth with a number of key appointments to its board.

Faye Reizopoulou joins the firm as its new Finance Director, whilst Kevin Rogers, partner at Wilson Browne Solicitors, joins as a Non-Executive Director to the board. The two new senior appointments will increase the finance and governance structure, as well as the marketing capabilities of the law school and its continued close links with industry, as it scales the business for future growth.

With a wealth of finance experience, Faye started her career as an auditor at one of the ‘Big 4’ accounting firms (KPMG) before moving to education working with a number of Academy Trusts. Faye was awarded the SLE designation (Specialist Leader of Education) by the National College of Teaching and Learning. Faye is also currently the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Leigh Academies Trust, a Trust which comprises of 31 secondary, primary and special academies with annual government funding of approximately £110million per annum.

Kevin is Chair of the Board & partner at regional Midlands heavyweight Wilson Browne Solicitors (WB), where he splits his time as a Tier Two Legal 500 recognised dispute resolution lawyer, as well as strategic management of the practice with his fellow Board members. Wilson Browne Solicitors has achieved national recognition from the Law Society, The DBA Design awards and the Modern Law Awards for their ground-breaking approach to marketing and communications. Kevin is also the Immediate Past President of the Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce, a previous CPD lecturer and a recognised Local Enterprise Partnership advocate for linking the classroom with business.

Dino Dullabh, Co-founder and Strategy Director of Law Training Centre said “We are delighted to welcome both Faye and Kevin to the business. Both are truly aligned to our mission to help break down the barriers to a career in law and help learners achieve life-changing legal qualifications. Their experience and focus in the education and legal sectors will be invaluable as we continue to grow our law school and challenge the sector to provide exceptional support for those that want to study law.”

Kevin Rogers explains “I am really excited to join Law Training Centre on this journey. There are so many things to like about the ethos of the business, and I cannot wait to get started. The commercial ambition is there for sure, but so is a commitment to hold dear the drive for excellence whilst supporting every single learner’s achievements, whatever their background. The scholarship scheme that is offered for example really blew me away. I have worked in firms in London and Manchester, but come from a working class background. It genuinely was the honest passion of the Board, and their willingness to seek constant improvement that hooked me in from the start!”

Commenting on her appointment, Faye Reizopoulou commented “This is an incredibly exciting time to be joining such a progressive and innovative law school. The business has seen consistent growth year-on-year since it was founded and is now on a significant growth trajectory. Helping students to be the very best they can be is at the heart of Law Training Centre and I’m looking forward to being a part of the team.”
